Hab\u00eda comenzado como cajera y lleg\u00f3 hasta la Vicepresidencia de Operaciones. Ten\u00eda 26 a\u00f1os y una hija peque\u00f1a cuando apareci\u00f3 una posibilidad inesperada: llevar a Quito un negocio de yogures que ya exist\u00eda en Guayaquil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 18px 0;font-family:Inter, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:17px;line-height:28px;color:#1c1811;text-wrap:pretty;mso-line-height-rule:exactly\">La propuesta originalmente hab\u00eda sido para su madre. Ella no se anim\u00f3, pero N\u00e1yade vio algo distinto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0;font-family:Inter, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:17px;line-height:28px;color:#1c1811;text-wrap:pretty;mso-line-height-rule:exactly\">Hab\u00eda, eso s\u00ed, un desaf\u00edo importante: en Quito, la combinaci\u00f3n de yogurt con pan de yuca no ten\u00eda entonces el mismo h\u00e1bito de consumo que en la Costa. El primer Yogurt Amazonas funcion\u00f3 en un local de apenas 30 metros cuadrados sobre la avenida Amazonas, frente a la entonces Plaza de Toros de Quito. Algo similar ocurri\u00f3 con el yogurt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 18px 0;font-family:Inter, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:17px;line-height:28px;color:#1c1811;text-wrap:pretty;mso-line-height-rule:exactly\">Aquella adaptaci\u00f3n termin\u00f3 siendo una de las primeras grandes lecciones del negocio: incluso una idea conocida ten\u00eda que encontrar su propia manera de funcionar en un lugar diferente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0;font-family:Inter, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:17px;line-height:28px;color:#1c1811;text-wrap:pretty;mso-line-height-rule:exactly\">Los primeros d\u00edas tampoco ten\u00edan demasiado de estructura empresarial. N\u00e1yade compraba fruta en el mercado mayorista desde muy temprano, preparaba la masa, produc\u00eda, vend\u00eda y llevaba las cuentas.
